Kruitfunding | Help Fireworks Enthusiasts During New Year's Eve
Kruitfunding is a Vuurwerk Pyro's United initiative that collects voluntary contributions to support fireworks enthusiasts with limited finances and to operate the platform. Donors should be able to see where their money goes, so the current campaign page should clearly state what share is used for participants, technology, security or other community projects.
Previous season's result
According to the campaign information, €523.33 was raised last season. Ed Raket, Vuurwerkplein, Vuurwerkvanlange and Vuurwerkplanet are named as supporting shops. Every new campaign should publish the relevant period, final amount and use of the proceeds, preventing an old total from being mistaken for the current result.
How does a contribution work?
Before donating, check the purpose, duration and allocation of funds on the campaign page. It should also explain how participants are selected, when support is provided and what happens if the amount raised is higher or lower than expected. A contribution must be voluntary and should not be presented as a purchase or chance to win.
Kruitfunding after the fireworks ban
Since 1 August 2026, Dutch consumers may no longer buy or possess F2, F3 or F4 fireworks. Future packages must therefore be limited to products and activities that are legal at that time, such as F1 products. The campaign page should be updated for every new round.
